The desk

We prep TxDOT Buy America files for Federal-aid signal, ITS, and roadway electrical work. We take a project material list. We apply the TxDOT and FHWA rule that fits the letting. We check MPL and Gold Star. We chase missing manufacturer docs. We intake certs. We match SKU, PO, and pay item. We prep Form 2806 and Form 1818.

You sign. The manufacturer signs.

We draft paper. We do not certify. We do not give legal advice. We do not claim the product is BABA-compliant. The contractor still signs. The manufacturer still signs. TxDOT still decides what it will accept.

What this is not

Your job

You send true lists and true docs. You check the file before you sign. You send the signed file. You keep the manufacturer on the hook for the cert they sign.

Our job

We prep the file with care. We tell you what is missing. We do not fill a signature line for you. We do not fill a signature line for a manufacturer.

Pay

Work starts after we agree in writing by email. Fees are in that note. We do not take a cut of a claim. We do not work on contingency.

Limits

This desk is paper. If a form is rejected, a letting moves, or a manufacturer will not sign, that is not a promise we can finish the file. Texas law governs. Venue is Texas.
